To use massage candles safely—and without hurting yourself or your partner—let the candle burn so that there's an adequate puddle of melted wax on the top. Then, blow out the flame, let cool slightly (you want it to be liquid and warm, but not scorching hot), and pour into you hand and apply to skin.

We accept returns for any unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo of the product(s) you wish to return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy guidelines. If the item(s) are approved for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product(s). We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement of the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the product is damaged or defective.
